On March 14, 2025, Nordic Blockchain Association contributed to this debate at a Roundtable in Brussels at the European Commission, where our Board Member Magnus Jones represented the Nordic industry, discussing and bringing clarity to:

• Harmonization of DORA & EBA Outsourcing Guidelines - Addressing the challenges of compliance fragmentation for CASPs and financial institutions.
• Proportionality Principle in MiCA – Exploring how regulatory obligations impact market competition and innovation.

• DeFi Integration by CASPs – Examining how centralized players can interact with decentralized finance under evolving EU regulations.
